- Enter your SSC & HSC equivalent exam information (board of education, exam year, roll number and registration number) and click on “Verify” button.
- If the information provided by you is not correct, recheck all the information of SSC and HSC equivalent examination and provide correct information.
Step-5: Providing personal information and uploading pictures:
- If the education related information is correct, your name and necessary information will be filled automatically.
- Enter personal information in the input fields on the form.
- Upload recent passport size photograph.
- Click on the “All the information I have provided is correct” check box and click on the “Next Step” button.
- Verify information, once submitted information cannot be changed.

Step-6 : Admit Card Download:

Candidates can download BGB admit card using their User ID and password through the BGB e-recruitment website https://joinborderguard.bgb.gov.bd. The admit card must be printed and brought to the examination center.

At the time of BGB admission, the following documents must be submitted.
- Original/Provisional certificate of pass in SSC and HSC or equivalent examination (where applicable).
- HSC/Equivalent and SSC/Equivalent pass certificate from the Headmaster/Principal of the concerned school/college mentioning the candidate’s permanent address and date of birth.
- Permission letter of the guardian attested by the concerned Chairman/Ward Councilor (as applicable).
- Bangladeshi Permanent Citizenship Certificate from Union Parishad/Municipal Chairman/Ward Councilor (as applicable).
- Attested photocopy along with original of character certificate issued by 1st Class Gazetted Officer.
- 11 (eleven) copies passport size photograph printed in lab with blue background, freshly taken. (01 copy of photo attested by UP Chairman/Ward Councilor and excluding 10 copies attested)
- Unmarried Certificate issued by Union Parishad/Municipal Chairman/Ward Councilor (as applicable).
- Attested photocopy of National Identity Card along with original copy.
